Asbestos was used in the construction of homes and commercial buildings up until 1990 but wasn’t officially banned until the end of 2003. If you have a property that was built prior to the early 1990’s then it may contain asbestos and we would recommend to have an inspection performed to diagnose any areas where it maybe present. Some common areas where the material was used include roofing, gutters and down-pipes, wall lining, flooring and fencing.

Once we first identify the potential of asbestos in your property we begin by taking a test sample which is packed in a double sealed zip-lock bag and taken to one of our partner NATA accredited labs for a complete lab sampling and analysis. If the test results are positive then we will issue you with the results plus a full written quote to remove the infected areas.

During the removals process we follow strict health and safety guidelines to ensure there is no risk of exposure to anyone within the immediate vicinity. All areas are carefully sealed off and we also include air monitoring to ensure the procedure is performed without the risk or airborne particles coming into contact with the material.
